Project Description

The City of Scottsdale recommended Currier Construction Inc for a fast-track private bid to Desert Mountain Properties(DMP) in North Scottsdale’s prestigious gated community. The objective was to build a booster pump station in nine months for operation and integration into the depleted zone in Desert Mountain. Due to rapid development, fire supply and pressure was not adequate for DMP to continue with their short range growth plans, and master planned community. CCI was selected at 60% design concepts by Stanley Consultants in April of 2003, and turnkey construction began in July 2003 while both Stanley Consultants and HDR Engineers completed the plans/specifications for the fast track delivered project.
