Project Description

Buried, Type 1 DYK .5 MG reservoir used for blending Carefree’s well water with Scottsdale’s CAP treated water. The project was built along the Pima Road corridor adjacent to a custom home and the highly congested intersection of Stagecoach & Pima Road. The site improvements included PRV’s along the zone in Carefree and control reliability of the existing station. Self-performed work included grading, excavation, stockpiling offsite, importing back to site, backfilling the entire reservoir, landscaping and masonry site wall.
